| The market values show the range of prices
that are known to have been paid for both current and
retired paperweights over the past couple of years.
However, where a paperweight is particularly rare, a
longer period may be used and only a single price given. The sources used are primarily online auctions, auction houses and private sales. Prices asked by dealers and on the Royal Crown Derby Discussion Forum have only been used where the asking price is known to have been paid. This avoids misleading collector's with the over-ambitious prices vendors sometimes ask. |
